Is this a statutory health and safety audit?
Not automatically. Operational excellence reviews assess agreed processes and controls; any formal legal compliance audit or specialist statutory assessment must be separately defined and delivered by appropriately competent practitioners.
Can the assessment be remote?
Focused process reviews can often be delivered remotely using interviews and agreed documentation. Physical safeguarding or site-condition findings may require an on-site visit.
What size of organisation do you work with?
We primarily support SMEs and engineering-led operations. Larger and multi-site projects can be discussed and scoped individually.
Will you implement the recommendations?
Implementation support is available by agreement, subject to capacity, scope and any required specialist partners.
Are your prices fixed?
Published figures are indicative introductory prices. We confirm the scope, deliverables, timing and final fee in writing before starting.
How is our information protected?
We agree confidentiality and data-handling arrangements before receiving sensitive operational information.
